A small group of us are going to a farmhouse near Lake Trasimeno to move, create, and connect. Nothing mandatory. Led by Creative Freedom, Cait Morris, and Lola.

A small group of us, six nights, on a working farm on the border of Umbria and Tuscany. Movement in the mornings. A pasta class, a couple of town tours, olive oil tasting, a 5K through the groves if that's your thing, a book night where nobody's making you share.
Nothing mandatory. Nobody filming for content. Nobody asking you to process anything out loud.
Just good food, real people, and six nights where you get to just be somewhere, instead of doing something.
You belong here.
You don't need a certain background, job, or fitness level. No certain mindset either. Just a want to be there.
That's not a complete list. If even part of it sounds like you, you're who this was built for.
Daily meals overlooking Lake Trasimeno.
No rush vibes.
A family-run farmhouse estate on the border of Umbria and Tuscany, right where the two regions meet. The property is 79 acres, reserved privately for us for six nights.
The customs house sits above Lake Trasimeno, surrounded by thousands of organic olive trees.
On the property we'll have access to a pool with lake views, communal grounds, and a restaurant terrace under a wooden pergola where meals are served looking out over the water, cooked with produce from local farms.
Nothing here is locked in. Times and activities shift with weather, logistics, and what the group needs.
Meals are cooked with produce from local farms and served under the pergola. One afternoon is set aside for a hands-on pasta session.
The interest form takes about two minutes. It helps us understand who's coming and build a group that's the right fit for the week. It gets you added to updates as we get closer to April. Filling it out isn't a commitment to book. It's just how we start the conversation.
The founding rate is for the first guests to sign up before October 18, 2026. After that, the standard rate takes over.
Book now and receive up to a $500 flight credit, reimbursed by April 1, 2027. Limited offer, proof of purchase required. Full terms shared once your spot is confirmed.

Couples pricing isn't simply double the solo rate. It's discounted below two individual bookings across every room type.
All rates include six nights of accommodation, breakfast and dinner daily, two lunches at the venue, private airport transfer, two guided town tours, an olive oil tasting, and a pasta-making class. Travel to and from Italy isn't included. A $500 deposit holds your spot, with the balance split into monthly payments through February 15, 2027.
Room type determines what you get: a shared bedroom, a private bedroom, or a full apartment. It doesn't determine which specific apartment you're in. Apartment and bedroom assignments are made by the venue once the group is finalized, based on each guest's preferences, to keep allocations fair and balanced. Specific apartment numbers aren't chosen or guaranteed in advance.
Spots are limited to keep it small. A $500 deposit locks in the founding rate.

Six nights of accommodation on a private, working farm estate on Lake Trasimeno. Daily breakfast, a mix of lunches and dinners (three courses, with wine), and a welcome dinner the first night. Two guided town tours, an olive oil tasting, and a hands-on pasta-making class. Private airport transfer to and from Florence or Rome. Movement sessions each morning (fully optional). Photography throughout the week that you'll receive and keep. Flights aren't included. Florence is about 1.5 hours from the property, Rome about 3.
Not a curriculum, not a program, not anything with an agenda behind it. No spiritual framework, no group processing, no mandatory anything. It's six nights on a private property in Italy: good food, a few guided experiences, and movement in the mornings if you want it. Built for people from every walk of life. Come as you are.
No. This isn't a fitness camp or a photography workshop. Every session is built for a mixed group: some people will have a camera for the first time, others will have been shooting for years. Same with movement: it's there if you want it, optional if you don't.
Shared: two guests sharing the same bedroom, within a shared apartment. Private: one guest, with a private bedroom within a shared apartment. Entire apartment: one guest, with a private entire apartment. Every apartment has its own bathroom, kitchenette, and living space.
You'll need a valid passport. U.S. citizens don't need a visa for a stay under 90 days. Just make sure your passport doesn't expire within six months of the trip.
Florence or Rome: your private transfer to the property is included either way, so pick whichever works best for your flights. Florence is the shorter drive at about 1.5 hours; Rome is about 3.
Handled. Vegetarian and vegan meals are the default, with meat available on request, and the kitchen can accommodate gluten-free and lactose-free needs. Just let us know your restrictions in advance.
Yes, plenty of people do. Rooming is by preference, not by who you arrive with, so coming solo doesn't mean paying for privacy you didn't ask for unless you want it.
Yes, 18. Guests need to be able to sign the participant agreement themselves, and it's also the legal drinking age in Italy.
Yes. Before travel, every guest signs a short participant agreement covering the usual things for a trip like this: assumption of risk for physical activity and travel, a liability release, a medical fitness confirmation, and photo/video consent. It's sent once you reserve, not before.
Likely, yes. Photography is part of the week, and some images may be used for marketing. If you'd rather not be included, just let us know in writing before the trip and we'll leave you out of anything public.
Yes. Anything you share through the interest form or at checkout (name, email, payment details) is used only to plan and run this trip, never sold, and never shared beyond what's needed to book your travel and accommodation.
Deposits and payments are non-refundable, so we'd recommend travel insurance if there's a chance your plans could shift. The balance on your spot is due February 15, 2027.
A $500 deposit reserves your place at the founding rate. The remaining balance is split into monthly payments, with everything due in full by February 15, 2027. Fill out the interest form first, and we'll follow up with payment details and next steps.
